Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• In original condition and packaging
• Unworn, unused, and undamaged
• Include all original tags and labels
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Perishable goods
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

How to Return
1. Contact us to initiate a return
2. We'll provide you with a return authorisation and instructions
3. Package items securely and include the return form
4. Send to the address provided

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
