How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

What are your UK shipping options and costs?

All rates are weight-based and calculated at checkout:

  • Standard Delivery (0–0.99 lb): £2.70
  • Express Delivery (1–2.99 lb): £2.70
  • Express Delivery (3–4.99 lb): £5.99
  • Express Delivery (5–9.99 lb): £9.99
  • Express Delivery (10 lb+): £19.99

Do you offer free shipping?

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.

What types of trading cards do you sell?

We specialise in trading cards including:

What is the difference between raw and graded cards?

Raw cards are ungraded cards in their natural condition. Graded cards have been professionally assessed and encased by a grading company (such as PSA, BGS, or CGC), with a numerical grade assigned based on condition. Graded cards typically command higher values and offer greater buyer confidence.

How do you describe card condition?

For raw cards, we use standard condition grades:

  • Mint (M): Perfect condition, no visible flaws
  • Near Mint (NM): Minimal wear, excellent condition
  • Excellent (EX): Light wear on edges or corners
  • Good (G): Noticeable wear but card is intact
  • Poor (P): Heavy wear, creases, or damage

Condition is clearly stated on each product listing. If you have questions about a specific card's condition, please contact us before purchasing.

How are cards packaged for shipping?

All cards are carefully packaged to arrive in the same condition as described. Raw cards are shipped in protective sleeves and top loaders or card savers. Graded cards are bubble-wrapped and boxed securely. Larger orders are shipped in rigid mailers or boxes.

Are your cards authentic?

Yes — authenticity is our top priority. All cards are sourced from reputable suppliers and thoroughly checked before listing. If you ever have concerns about a card's authenticity, please contact us immediately.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Can I return a card if I change my mind?

Yes, within 30 days, provided the card is returned in the same condition it was sent. Cards that have been damaged after delivery cannot be accepted for return.

What items cannot be returned?

  • Sealed products that have been opened
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

What if my card arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

What payment methods do you accept?

Are your prices in GBP?

Yes, all prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
