CleanRound is a client, visit and payment planner for self-employed cleaners, operated by KRDMCK LTD.

Contact us

For help with CleanRound, email hello@krdmck.com. Tell us the email address on your CleanRound account, whether you use an iPhone or Android phone, and what happened. Please do not send your password or a client’s private details.

Subscriptions

In the app, open Settings > Subscription to check your plan, restore a purchase or open your store’s subscription settings. Apple or Google handles billing and cancellation. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in the App Store or Google Play if you do not want it to renew.

Account and data

To delete your account in the app, open Settings > Delete account. If you cannot sign in, follow our account deletion instructions.
